Terms and Conditions of Boarding

  • All cats must have up to date inoculations for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis, an inoculation certificate must be seen on arrival and kept on-site for the duration of the holiday.

  • A filled in contact booking form must be presented for all boarders and updated yearly, we must be informed of any changes each time your cat boards with us.

  • Owners must inform the cattery at the time of booking and arrival of any medical history which may affect the cats stay with us, including any pre-existing conditions.

  • Cats must have the appropriate flea and worm prevention treatment using a vet recommended proprietary treatment. Any cats found to have fleas will be treated and £12 will be payable by the customer on collection to cover the price of treatment and extra disinfectant used to sterilize the pen.

  • No un-neutered male cats over 7 months old may be boarded.

  • Cash for the entire cats holiday paid on arrival for first time boarders. BACS available (paid prior to boarding) by arrangement.

  • Our price includes ‘normal’ popular brands-if your cat is fussy and only eats gourmet, pate, tuna and premium makes of dried please bring them with you in a clearly labeled airtight container. If your cat is not eating the food you supply, we will try other makes until we find something it enjoys.

  • Opening times for collection and arrival are 9am-1pm. Any cats collected after 1pm will be charged an extra nights stay. Cats cannot be collected or dropped off after 4.30 pm in any circumstances.

  • Long term boarders owners must pay on a monthly basis. Any cat not collected without communication or payment after 4 weeks, will be considered abandoned and will be re-homed.

  • All cats will be examined on arrival and the cattery reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health pending advice from a Vet. No cat suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infections or contagious disease can be accepted.

  • If a cat becomes ill while in our care we will call the vet first and the owner is liable for any costs involved.

  • Cats are left in our care at the owners risk. Whilst every care and precaution is taken, the cattery cannot be held responsible for any illness, disease, or death that may occur during boarding.

  • We routinely take pictures of our boarders enjoying their holiday to update our Facebook page, Google listing and website. If you would prefer us not to take photos of your cat for social media please let us know on arrival.

  • The fees do not include grooming or administering medicines.

  • Collars must be removed for the duration of the stay for your cats safety.
