Our Opening Times
We live on the premises, however to allow us some space, we do have opening times-
We are open every day of the week including weekends from 9am - 1pm ( 8am if pre arranged)
We welcome and encourage viewing of the cattery prior to booking your cat in during this time.
You can collect and drop off your cat most bank holidays apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day (however even this may be possible if you talk to us very nicely and prearrange a set time!)
If you are unable to pick your cat up before 1pm, you may pick your cat up in the afternoon but, like all the best hotels we charge for an extra nights stay. We do not allow collection and delivery of cats once it is dark in any circumstances for health and safety reasons as the garden is not flood lit.
We recommend dropping off your cat for their holiday just after 9am if possible, to allow us to feed them and settle them in as early as possible. We advise you not to feed them before bringing them in, as sometimes they can be sick in your car and they settle quicker as we feed them a tasty meal on their arrival.
Please remove your cats collar for safety during their stay with us.
