Even the best sat navs have trouble so best to follow these directions!
From the B&Q end of Castlepoint (with the new Point 200 flat development on your right) take the first exit off Castle point's B&Q traffic lights called Woodbury Avenue.
Continue straight along Woodbury Avenue until the end of this road.
At the junction turn left into the small country road with high banks and fields both sides.
We are the first property you get to on the left, nearly opposite the Allotments with a white picket fence and a large pink bungalow. Drive into the car park and come round to the back porch.
